Welcome to Ginny Lee Creations policy page. Below we have listed our policies on aspects of our business.

 

Purchases:  All of our items are 1st quality new items unless we specifically state otherwise, such as listing a item as irregular. We do inspect each item upon arrival to our location, we also inspect each item again before shipping. If we find a item is not suitable for purchase we will notify you and if we can not get that exact item we will offer alternatives. If this is not acceptable then we will gladly refund your total purchase price paid.

Shipping: We strive to ship all orders out within 2 business days. Some items are factory direct and this will be noted in the description along with the estimated handling time. As for exact shipping time in transit we can only give you the estimate given to us by the carrier. We have no control over transit time by the carrier. We will ship most items USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation. Some items will ship UPS and these will be noted in item description. International customers we will only ship items USPS Parcel Post with insurance included in the rate. We currently have real time shipping for USPS. If you are using PayPal you will see on the PayPal invoice for shipping and handling  $0.00. This is because the shipping is in the item total and we are not using PayPal to figure shipping.

Returns:  We will accept returns for exchange within 7 days for any damaged item. Before you return the item please email us at Ginnyleecreation@cox.net and explain the defect. Once item is returned with all tags and packaging we will send out the exchange item or refund you purchase price plus shipping if a exchange is not available. We do not consider ordering the wrong color or size as a damaged item. We will work with you to get you the correct size or color but in this case the buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.

Payments: We accept as payment for our items, Money Orders, Certified checks, and PayPal. We  accept personal checks online and thru PayPal. **( Items paid by check are not shipped out until check has cleared, on average 5-7 business days. If a check is returned for ANY reason we charge a $25.00 return check fee PLUS any other fee's associated with collection.) Also please do not send cash through the mail. International customers we will accept PayPal only.

***NOTE: All items listed on this site are also available in a physical store. In the rare event that items are purchased in the store and at the same time purchased online, we will do everything possible to secure the item purchased online. If this is not possible we will make every effort satisfy you by offering you a similar style item or design.
